MyKushk
Terms of Service
Last updated: August 26, 2026
These Terms govern your access to and use of MyKushk, including merchant dashboards, hosted storefronts, checkout tools, and related services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate account information, be legally able to enter this agreement, and use MyKushk for a lawful business. You are responsible for protecting your password and for activity performed through your account.
Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. We may ask you to verify account ownership before changing security-sensitive information.
2. Your storefront and content
You retain ownership of the product information, images, branding, and other content you submit. You grant MyKushk a limited permission to host, process, resize, display, and transmit that content only as needed to operate and improve the service.
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, availability, pricing, and descriptions of your products and for having the rights needed to publish your content.
3. Orders and merchant responsibilities
MyKushk provides tools that help a customer submit an order to a merchant. The sale, fulfilment, delivery, returns, refunds, warranties, taxes, and customer support are the responsibility of the merchant and customer, not MyKushk.
Merchants must handle customer contact, address, location, and order information only for legitimate fulfilment and support purposes and in accordance with applicable law.
4. Plans, payments, and changes
Features and usage limits depend on the active plan. Paid plan duration, price, credits, renewals, upgrades, and downgrades are shown in the service or agreed with the operator before a transition is applied.
We may change future plan features or pricing with reasonable notice. A change will not retroactively alter an already recorded payment or completed billing period.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use MyKushk to break the law, infringe another person’s rights, sell prohibited or unsafe goods, deceive customers, send unlawful messages, upload malicious code, probe security, evade limits, interfere with the service, or access data that is not yours.
You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or automate access to the service except where we give written permission or applicable law expressly allows it.
6. MyKushk rights
MyKushk and its licensors own the service software, design, trademarks, and documentation. These Terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service; they do not transfer our intellectual property to you.
Feedback may be used to improve MyKushk without an obligation to compensate you, provided we do not publicly identify you without permission.
7. Availability and suspension
We work to keep MyKushk available, but maintenance, provider failures, security events, or circumstances outside our control may interrupt it. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, investigate abuse, comply with law, address non-payment, or stop a material breach. Where practical, we will give notice and an opportunity to correct the issue.
8. Ending your use
You may stop using MyKushk and request account deletion. We may retain information that must be kept for security, dispute, legal, backup, or legitimate recordkeeping purposes, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Terms that by their nature should continue—including ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, and liability limits—remain effective after an account ends.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. MyKushk does not guarantee merchant products, customer conduct, third-party messaging, analytics, internet connections, or external services.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, MyKushk is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Updates and contact
We may update these Terms when the service or legal requirements change. We will publish the revised date and provide additional notice when a change materially affects your rights. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.
