Privacy Policy

Merchant account data includes name, email address, password hash, email verification state, language choice, Google account identifier when connected, subscription and payment records, store settings, products, branding, and support communications.

Storefront and order data may include a customer’s name, phone number, governorate, district, delivery address, optional coordinates and note, cart contents, consent record, verification state, and order status.

Technical data may include IP address, device or browser information, session and security identifiers, requested pages, storefront interactions, timestamps, errors, and diagnostic logs.

We use information to authenticate users, host storefronts, validate and route orders, deliver verification and transactional messages, enforce plan limits, provide analytics, support users, prevent abuse, secure and debug the service, keep business records, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not use checkout consent to send marketing messages. Order messages are transactional and relate to the order a customer submitted.

When a customer orders, the relevant merchant receives the order and fulfilment details and independently controls how it uses that information for fulfilment, support, returns, accounting, and legal duties. Customers should contact the merchant about the merchant’s own practices.

Merchants must use customer information only for legitimate business purposes and protect it from unauthorized access or disclosure.

We share information only as needed with the relevant merchant; infrastructure, hosting, email, messaging, authentication, analytics, and security providers; professional advisers; or authorities where law requires it or where necessary to protect rights, safety, and the service.

Providers receive only the information needed for their task and process it under their own terms and privacy commitments. We do not sell personal information.

MyKushk uses session cookies and browser storage for sign-in, security, language preferences, cart state, checkout continuity, and interface preferences. Disabling them may prevent essential functions from working.

If Google Analytics is configured, public pages may send usage information to Google to measure visits and performance. Analytics is optional to service operation; if it is not configured or available, core storefront and dashboard functions continue to work.

We retain information while an account is active and as reasonably needed for orders, security, fraud prevention, disputes, accounting, legal duties, and service operation. Temporary checkout data is minimized or removed under scheduled retention rules after it is no longer needed.

Deletion from the live service may not immediately remove copies from protected backups. Backup copies are isolated, retained for recovery, and expire under operational retention procedures.

We use access controls, encryption in transit, password hashing, private storage, logging, validation, and other safeguards designed to protect information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so users should also protect their devices and credentials.

Merchants can review and update account and store information in the dashboard and may request access, correction, export, or deletion by contacting us. Customers should first contact the merchant responsible for their order; they may also contact us for platform-related privacy questions.

Rights vary by location and may be subject to identity verification and lawful exceptions. You can disconnect Google from profile settings and control optional location sharing through the checkout interface and browser permissions.

MyKushk is a business service and is not directed to children. Do not submit personal information for a child unless you have lawful authority to do so.

Links and integrations operated by merchants or third parties are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We encourage you to review them before providing information.

We may update this Policy as the service, providers, or legal requirements change. We will publish the new date and give additional notice when appropriate.
